First of all all you might want to read what SauerClub is (here) how you get in (here) and what the rules are (here).

We started off with a small list of members that we assumed want to be in and that we believe fit in SauerClub. The list is incomplete and we may well have overlooked some players that belong into SauerClub more than others that are on the list yet. We just tried to quickly pick a few from the huge account database as a start. 

Take a look at the list "Bouncers and Members" in the menu to your left. 

• If your name is not on it, please do not ask the bouncers if you can get in before Sunday, October 25th. We need to test everything and don't have the time to talk much with everyone. Sorry for that.
• If your name is on the list, register at the forum. Once we confirmed you (which should happen within an hour) you can take a look at the forum. What you will find in there is an explaination on how to get on the server. You'll have to add a keybind to your autoexec. The details are in the forum.

For a start there is only one server and it toggles through the team modes after each map. The idea behind that is that we also want to help the Sauerclub members to improve in all team modes not just in their favourite ones. There will also a big difference between playing Regen/Protect, etc. public and among SauerClubbers. So please, give every mode a try. It's gonna be worth it. Anyway, we will also soon have more than one server and they will likely be dedicated to 1 or 2 modes each. Maybe even start discussing in the forum how you would like the server to shuffle through the modes.

For now the Sauerclub-Scoreboard is not implemented and the stats from SauerClub will appear in your global stats. We will change this soon (prolly during the week) and then all stats, even the ones that you will collect until we have the Scoreboard will be seperate. So don't worry about your stats. What you do on SauerClub won't affect your global stats. Join in the fun!

Please read the whole webpage, before you start playing on SauerClub servers, so you know all about it. I give that advice because you can also lose your membership, if you don't act well. SauerClub is the place for sportsmanlike, polite and high quality games. The bouncers will make sure.
